Piazza Tasso is the place to be in Sorrento! In this area there are lively cafes, bars & restaurants to suit all budgets and tastes. You could spend hours wandering around the old town of Sorrento where a huge variety of modern designer shops and elegant boutiques are intertwined with the old, medieval style facades.
Positano
Positano is one of the most fashionable resorts on the Amalfi coastline. It is built into a cliff side where all the hotels enjoy spectucular views of the bay below. The centre of the small town is pedestrianised and is a maze of cobbled streets, alleyways & steps. One of the main focal points in the town is the coulourfully decorated Santa Maria Assunta Church with its traditional dome and breathtaking sea views.
Amalfi Coast
Smaller towns along the coastline include Amalfi, Ravello and Maiori & Minori.

Amalfi is well known as a small traditional fishing village and is clearly recognaised by the small whitewashed houses built into the cliffside almost as if built on top of one another. The Piazza del Duomo is home to the old Cathedral of Amalfi.
Ravello is an ancient medieval hillside village perched high above Amalfi. Villa Rufolo hosts the Wagner Summer Festival each year and the Gardens in Villa Cimbrone should not be missed!
Maiori & Minori are attractive seaside villages that combine traditional Italian culture with beautiful beaches. The villages are an ideal location for families to explore the surrounding areas of Sorrento, Positano & Amalfi.
